Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Detached From Nails

assalam o Alaikum wrwb! it's an issue from my childhood. my skin is not attached with my nails like usually people have. there's a gap in all my fingers between the nails and the skin of the fingers. it happens sometimes after a couple of years that the skin starts coming out. flakes of skin start coming out and a doctor once told me about an ointment, I used it and it got cured within 2 days. I forgot that ointment name. I am currently using polyfax on it. it remains ok when polyfax is applied. as soon as I wash my hands, due to dryness may be it comes back. I'm attaching pictures, please suggest an ointment for this. jazak Allah.
