Assalam o alaikum.. Mujy intestinal tuberculosis hai.. Uske liye mein myrin aur vita 6 kha rha hoon since march... Mera color pehly boht fair tha but ahista ahista dark ho rha hai aur dull b like brightness nhi hai face pe aur overall dark ho rha hai not specifically face or hands..

Yes that's the side effect of the medicine that you are taking. The meds have made your sensitive to UV light therefore slight exposure to sun light will make your skin go dark.
Avoid soon exposure completely and your skin color will revert back one your medication had been stopped.
