My feet might has caught some sort of infection due which two fingers of my right foot and one finger of my left foot is affected. Need recommendations

Well the picture quality is not that good.. please apply lamicil cream 2times a day for 3 weeks and any antiallergy tablet for itching ..if not responding then better book an appointment with a dermatologist
