Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Infection

A Female, 32 years, married.
Developed this infection in fingers of feet with itching specially at night. It progressed in b/w all fingers with a wet feeling. Then turned in to blisters with water inside and severe itching. She pricked those bubbles with sterile needle and cleaned it which then turned dark after drying.
Currently applying lamisil cream twice a day for a week which gave slight relief but it's still progressing. Started feeling similar itching in other foot too but apparently there nothing visible. Pics posted in comments. Please help and prescribe medicines as clinics are closed.
Additional history: Had D&C back in January. Anemic (hb 10), Vit D: 18 (taking supplements), slightly asthmic too.

Dear patient, she has progressive fungal infection which if not treated with oral medicines could lead to cellulitis / severe infection involving the foot. I will prescribe the following medicines: Tab. Lemisil 250mg x BD - 2 weeks, lemisil cream - twice daily for 2 weeks, travocort cream - apply daily at night between fingers - 2 weeks. Apart from this you hav to keep the feet dry , for which you may also use toe sperators. After two weeks, it will improve , however you would need a followup with me for advice regarding discontinuation of the medicines. Thankyou
It’s T Pedis ( fungal infection) and 6 weeks treatment. Tab. Terbiderm forte 250mg once daily for 6 months weeks , apply Dermosporin lotion 2 times a day. Tab. Antial one at night for 10 days . ZN Bar for bath. Keep it dry after shower . And rest of the day. Also check if anyone else has the same at home bcoz it needs to b treated for all family members for complete cure.
