I am having these infection in my left foot.
Previously i have had recurring fungal infection issues.
The one right now is itching and pains a lot , seems like a little baloon filled with white liquid.
I am using fusidic acid cream
Please advise

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Can u tell more about it. Except feet, any other areas of the body do u have these lesions ? are they itchy as well ? Do they disturb u at night? any bleeding along with the fluid ? have u recently had any weight changes ? over all dry skin ? excessive dryness of mouth , thirst or hunger these days ? what do u do at an occupation ? Have u used any oral medication or any other medications other than fucidin? important to know the cause of ur problem and treat accordingly.

So far i have in left foot near thumb and few blisters between last 2 fingers of same foot as shown in figure)
I have skin tag probs mostly underarm area. No bleeding or itching except these two infected areas where there is no bleeding as well.
I have recently moved to Karachi frm Dubai and i am currently jobless for 2 months.
I take bp medicine (teleact 40 mg once a day)
No oral medicine, no other cream
Except fusidic acid cream.
Dryness in mouth, and thirst is there during fasting and nothing as serious

Thanks for contacting. Only fusidine in not enough. Apply Lamisil cream at night for 15 days and follow up in my Clinic.
Thanks for the detailed answer. Use daktacort cream in the area between fingers, twice a day. Have you been investigated for the cause of high blood pressure as u are only 35. Is ur blood pressure well controlled ? I have worked in UAE and the weather and stress in that place does lead to problem that u have. It would be good to take more detailed history from u and examine ur skin issues more closely to opt for better treatment options. For now just use daktacort and dip ur feet in Warm salt-water twice a day for 5 days. If required u may book an appointment any time now or later. Hope this helps, stay home stay safe
