Talk to Dermatologist on Skin - Infection In Callus On Left Foot Top

I have a callus, probably prayer callus on left foot top, since years. recently it started paining and caused sweling on the foot top and on ankle side. It is painful. now it is 6 2 days I am using Fucidin antibiotic ointment, considering infection since area around callus is lightly red. Again I am not able to load any picture in the box below, it is not working. Please advise as soon as possible or let me know if there is any online consultation available. no matter if it is on payment.
