Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Issue At Genitals

From past 2 years in winter, due to dry skin i was having allergy at penis head, skin got dry and peel off like when you have wound and new skin comes, but now its is getting severe. When skin get dry and become dead full black. It get peeled automatically and then very next day same issue continues, its not getting better like for 3 months. I consulted a doctor and he suggested travocart cream for it. I do not have pain or itching.
