Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Issue Male Genitalia And Undergarments

Hello Dear all respected, I'm experiencing a skin issue on my genital area. Two small pimples appeared three weeks ago and have been growing slowly since then. I've been treating them, I have taken some anti-allergy medications, but they have not had any significant effect.but they're getting itchy and the itching is spreading. The area is becoming increasingly uncomfortable, and I'm concerned about the pimples spreading further. Could someone please recommend a suitable treatment or medicine for this issue?
