Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Issue, (Pox, Danay)

My child (age around 5 years) is suffering from skin disease, he has pox (danay) on skins.

I had visited some doctors (skin chamra hospital karachi), and they said they need to burn those poxes with a liquiq and they just dip a tip of pin in liquid and then press those poxes in order to apply.

But you can see it causing damage to skin and also its not stopping to appear more poxes.

Around two months we are doing this cure but its no affecting much, so is there any cream/jel which can be affected, as my child feel pain on this process .

or some other way to prevent this.
