I work outdoors in Saudi Arabia with long hours of direct sun exposure. My facial skin has developed lines around the mouth, dryness, and uneven tone. It feels rough and looks sun-damaged. Kindly advise on suitable treatment for these lines and overall skin repair. Please also suggest effective creams or medications for daily use, and any routine I should follow to protect my skin while working outside.
