Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Itch Around Scrotum

Im having severe itch around scrotum in circular skin is extremely dry and brittle and easily peels off around those region and skin color has turned grayish in colour. I had this condition since decade but it was of a very small size and now i have noticed it has almost covered most of the ball would peel even if i apply any hydrating cream and this thing is now bothering me alot. Kindly suggest me any cream to apply over it which could make the skin better.
