My face itches alot, specially the areas above eyebrows and close to nose, the skin is also turning into a coarse, rough, dull type. I've shared pictures. Please suggest something My skin type is oily.

Do you have dandruff on scalp? This could be due to seb dermatitis or even a form of eczema. Better see a dermatologist local to you for a definitive diagnosis
These are seborrheic areas , probably seborrheic dermatitis with or without some contact aggravation. I can appreciate some comedones as well so you need managment of both by some nearby dermatologist
