Asking For Self, Male 22, Bahawalpur

My family had caught Scabies where all of us got itchy were treated by the medicine of scabies i.e. premethrin+desora+ivermectin but my skin itching didn't go away. I used baycuten tube suspecting a fungal infection but of no use. Again I used dermovate for 4 days and it is still there. Itching occurs usually in lower limb region especially around the groin. It is self relieved as at morning and starts after 8pm. I can't even sleep due to itching. I am using dettol and taking bath 2 times a day but still of no guide what should i do

Since you have used both topical and oral medicines for scabies, the chances are that it was misdiagnosed and was given wrong medicines. Please visit any of my clinics for evaluation diagnosis and further treatment.

Asalamwalikum,i want to clear that scabies is easy to treat if right and proper treatment is taken ,but some factors cause treatment failure as seen in your case as one is overtreatment and use of topical steroids cause to aggravate condition ,your history favours that its scabies but its resistant due to overtreatment , kindly book online video consultation via marham so that i proper guide you thanks
