Dear Doctor last 6or7 years i facing these issue pigmentation ON my cheeks and nose. after getting treatment with hydro queen and acti plus like that medicine orals multivitamin tblt and sun per recommended from skin specialist i used many times these medicine but pigmentation reverse when I face Sun ☀️ light. i tired with this issue

Doctor every Doctor recommend me avoid go on sun light. but my job is on Direct sun light. please tell me permanent treatment for pigmentation is possible or not.
