I have pimps on my face. After a few days of redness, the pus fills up. Do you have a solution for them? I have been using Isomix, Adepico Jill and Clandymycin lotion for a month on the advice of a dermatologist from Jinnah Hospital and also use Isotetinion cap and Terbinafine tab on the suggestion of Sahiwal Skin Specialist. Both which did not make any difference. It hurts a lot when they grow up. Please guide
