Asalamwalaikum, don't need to worry and apply fusac cream two times daily for 5 days and then tell the response thanks

it's hair follicle infection called fruncle/carbuncles...

apply Dermovate NN cream twice a day..
take tablet azithromycin 500mg twice a day
take ibuprofen 400mg twice a day if pain...
apply warm compression (hot cloth) on affected area twice a day so that puss may leak from puss point shown in picture soon...
