Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Pimples

Salam . I need to ask doctors about these kind of pimples. Ye ajeeb type k pimple ban rhe including puss and blood, this is all on my forehead like eyebrows wali side as shown in pic. Mera pora baqi face alhumdulilah is clear.. kabhi khabar chin or uper lips ki side pr 1 pimple ban jata hai asa but this is severe to me. Please explain what is this? Is this acne? What should i do? Is this alarming?
