Hello dr my husband is having a problem from last many years. First small small white daane appears then they starts getting dry with lots of itching and irritation then blood comes out from the dry patches. He doesn't know why these appear. Currently he is applying synalar-n jb tak medicine ka asar rahay he feels good then problem is same. Plz suggest permanent solution of it.

Dear u haven't mention the place of the rash ..synalar is a strong steroid..I think you shud visit dermatologist first before starting such strong creams... book your appointment through marham ..regardz
