Use moisturiser. Black head acne problem takes longer than 21 days to improve. It may take 3-6 months. At the moment add a moisturiser to prevent dryness. Chemical peel on dry irritated skin is not recommended. If skin is normal and heathy then there is no harm in chemical peel by an expert according to skin type and skin issue.
