Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem

I am a girl : em 19 years old I ask you about my skin my skin is so oily and acney with black and white heads as wel i dont knw why my pores is open .. And i send you the both pictures in 1st picture i show you the problm in skin and the 2nd one picture pleace chek that it has white spot near lips side i am worry about it please tel me the solution
