Skin Problem

Pls post it as anonymous.
I\'m 22, married female.
My problem is that during winters, I face extremely dry skin with white patches on my skin near the joints( like on hand and feet fingers joints and on elbows) since my childhood. In this winter, I  am also facing cuts on skin which are casing pain. Pls suggest any possible solution for this. Thanks.

its like atopic condition since childhood so you can apply good moisturizer at day timeand white soft petrolium gel at night
