Unfortunately there is no single treatment regimen for melasma. Most of the meds work for few weeks then they stop working. in fact they start to make the pigmentation worse. Since melasma is due to a combination of hormones in the blood and exposure to UVA radiation, it's not possible to interfere with the hormone. Thus the only thing that you can do is to avoid complete exposure to sunlight on the face.
There are certain treatment methods that can be employed but you don't live in Karachi. There are various treatment methods but the best treatment method for melasma is Plasma Fibroblasting.
