I have white dry skin on right lower part of my head. Usually winter my mjy bhut dandruf ho jaty ha or summer start hoty he Khatam ho jaty ha but is bar head k right lower part abi tk bhut dry ha or some times itching b hoty ha. Corona ki waja sy I don't want to go for checkup any doctor can help me

You could be suffering from fungal infection of the scalp. It cannot be treated without first examining your skin and scalp. I don't know where you live but you must consult a qualified Dermatologist in your city for prompt treatment.
