I have these marks on my area below neck and shoulders. Every summers I got this. No pain and no itching. I don’t know if it is dryness or any skin infection? Can’t contact my doctor. Plz guide can I use lotion for dry skin like a aveeno? Or plz prescribe any medicated lotion, ointment etc which I take from pharmacy?Attaching pics. Many thanks.

Hello! This is a fungal infection. Start using HYDROZOLE CREAM twice a day. Wash it with CONAZ Lotion/shampoo twice a day. Take Cap ZOLANIX 150 mg( once weekly). You have to take only 1 caps in a week. DONT TAKE IT DAILY JUST 1 per week. It will get clear. Also bath frequently and keep your skin dry.
