Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Problem

My sister is suffering from a Skin disease it is like allergy is that psoriasis? I dont know the problem what care should be taken for that. plz suggest treatment.

it needs proper examination and certain skin tests to properly diagnose.
To me it's not allergy nor psoriasis.

This might be Lichen planus. She needs to show to a dermatologist near her
plz book appointment for examination diagnosis and treatment thru marham and let dermatologist diagnose and let u know and guide as this need regular follow up and long treatment to clear it.
Dear patient, it is not psoriasis. On the foot it looks like warty lesion. It is need to consult dermatologist for proper treatment.
I don't know what the lesions are but they are not Psoriasis. Unless I examine the patient in person at my clinic, it's difficult to diagnose correctly hence no treatment.
