I want to clear that this is dark circle due to thinning of skin at orbital area which cause hyperpigmentation, there are multiple causes lack of sleep or over sleep,extra usage of electronic devices, dehydration,skin allergies,sun exposure also aggravate,rubbing of eyes which damage underlying vessels ,iron deficiency or underlying issues as thyroid problem
