my son is 8 months old. Usko hip k uppar skin allergy type ki cheez horahi hai. I\'ve attached pictures as well. I used bona papa magic diaper. Can someone tell me what this is? is it serious?

it can be due to pamper either due to friction with diaper or fungal which is totally treatable no need to worry,start applying bactroban cream two times daily for five days
