Skin - Pus Pimple On Leg

Hi I want to ask this If any skin specialist can comment..
I had a big pussy pimple on my leg 2-3 months ago..I used only polyfex cream.. few days I applied n it got cured day by day ... I stopped using applying cream sometimes I forgot 
Now it&rsquo;s v small... what should I use to clear it completely? I can send u pic.. but need to clear it plz help

Assalam o alaikum. Skin infections can be folliculitis, furuncles, carbuncles etc Please share pics of the lesions so that I can get an idea about the nature of disease and guide you properly. Any medical conditions like diabetes?

These could be infected boils or fruncles, better see a dermatologist you will need to be investigated and prescribed oral antibiotics.
