Asalamwalikum, due to sweating most likely it can be fungal infection but its better to visit nearby dermatologist for proper examination and start applying travogen cream two times daily for 2 weeks after washing and dry effected area
Aslamoalikum,use anti scabies cream , apply on effected area at evening and next morning take a shower for two weeks, then update thanks.

yes its better to visit nearby dermatologist or if not possible then start applying this cream if no effect seen with in a week then visit,its upto you now,sweating aggravate fungal and bacterial infections actually

sometimes clothing stuff is also not suitable which causing allergic reactions ,and give some break in wearing pants continuously because fitted clothing cause more sweating so wear shalwar kameez for some time
