Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Rahses

AoA plz approve my post and Dr plzz reply.... M much depressed regarding my face plzz help me....M mother of 2 kids with a combination skin but it was clear..after birth of my 2nd baby that was an induced delivery about 8 weeks later I started getting rashes on my left cheek which was dry patch with red swollen appearance....after applying too many totkas it didn't vanished permnanlty but my whole face got small bumpy rahes and dry patches...1st Dr advised advacort and second advised travoc ort both worked temproralriy but once I stopped applying my face got èven worse than before with rosacea and all blotchy bumpy skin...now Dr advised me tcrolimus for 2 months ...I just want to ask should i apply this as my daughter on mother feed and are these calcinurin inhibitors are dangerous??? Any serious sideeffcts??? Plzzz suggest m much fed up of all these.....y m getting these rashes .....
