Skin Rash On Feet

i am facing skin rash, redness and heat due to rash on my feet with any shoes i wear. first i thought its because of shoes so i changed my shoes. but its causing from every shoes i kind of allergy . can you please recommend some ointment or lotion or anti allergic.
