You have not given any detailed history. But it looks like a nasty viral infection. It really cannot be diagnosed with certainty without examining the skin.

Its Herpes Zoster. Need immediate treatment with Antiviral drug and supportive treatment. Please consult a Dermatologist immediately. If you cant go to a hospital, please take appointment for online consultation
