I have an issue. Every time i scratch somewhere, i developed these rashes. (Picture attached). Today i scratched under my breast and same thing happened. Why does this happen and what is it called. Should i be worried? Thank you. Please guide.

First of all it must be investigated that why are you itchy. This can only be determined by taking history of the disease from you, examining you and blood works.
