I am 28 years old i had measeles in my childhood but i have observd red spots/rashes like in measeles on my body specially arms shoulders belly back all over neck and face. I c0nsulted a skin specialist he prescribed tandegyl and calamine lotion. I dont have fever just having pain in my legs and feeling these a bit itchy.

Continue with the same medicines..just add some pain killer with them ..you will be soon fine ..

The rash seems urticarial. Take some Antihistamine, if doesn't improve that you need to investigate the cause.
If it's painful u need the investigation. I hope ur Dr examined u properly. If u don't improve in a day u shld visit the Dr again.
