Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Related

I am having this issue It was not itching or aching till yesterday but from today morning it is now having a little sensation and it's on my thigh. On the joint of thing and belly there is a little swelling in some area and it's aching a bit when moving. I'm a postpartum c section mom had it one year ago. Can't find a doctor in person due to rain. Let me know the issue please. First picture is of yesterday and second is today's in which the redness is more than before
