I have these vesicles n redness on this small patch on arm since 2 days . no pain no itching. and no other such patch anywhere else. also have mild pain in thumb lower joint on bending and on pressing aswell. No swelling or redness of joint. dont know if its related or not just thought to mention it aswell. also im having flu (rhinorrea) since yesterday.. just want to knw what these vesicles are, and the thumb pain n flu are related or not? should i visit a doctor or wait for it to resolve on its own? also i have no history of chicken pox ever, so its wont be shingles right? as there s no pain
This seems to be insect bite reaction or impetigo. Use fucicort cream twice a day for 5days.
Thumb pain is due to this condition called herpes zoster

But sir i dont have a history of chicken pox, can shingles occur without previos hx of chickenpox?
Will i need treatment for it or will it resoove on its own?

Please see a dermatologist, don’t waste time more time. If this is shingles you may get benefit from anti virals at an early stage. But you need to be seen.

Well this is looking herpes Zoster but according to you that no pain .
Any how you should wait and see but observe .
