Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Spot, Brown Color, On Back ( Near To Shoulder Blade And Non Expanded To Shoulder Blade)

Hi, I have an itchy spot on my back (right side, slightly below shoulder blade). it appears like an 1.5 years ago approximately. by then it was very much itchy. but i never visited a doctor and in few months it went silent i.e. no itching at all. i rarely looked at it and ignored to notice it went so big in size. it has dark brown color now and my mother says it look like a bruise. i have no pain in it and it rarely have itching. but since it has expanded and it can expand more i am scared it can expand to whole back or front or to my neck. then i consulted one dermatologist and he prescribed to apply LactiCare-HC for 4-6 months, which i did and there is no change to the mark i have. Another doctor diagonsed Moculer Amylidosis and prescribed Betagemic ointment, which i used for 1.5 months and there is no change at all. also when i google about photos of this disease, it looks very different than mine. i want to get rid of it or stop its spread at least. May be i am conscious

thank you for your reply Dr Sadia. I have a query, it is a skin rash/ mark and no out growth at all. in this case too skin biopsy is required.
I am satisfied with your answer, as i also wanted to go for investigation first.
you are very far, can you please advise any doctor in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, as here everyone is cosmetologist and who ever i have visited so far they didnt understand my disease yet.

It has been there for a very long time undiagnosed. you should be worried about it since you have used several meds and it hasn't responded.
You must consult a experienced and qualified Dermatologist near you.
Until you find one, please send a proper photograph of the rash snapped in daylight with camera flash off.
