I have non allergic wide dark brown skin spots since long. Its on mulpltiple spots, underarms, below the chin and little bit on thighs. Kindly advice some cure for these marks.

these marks are just 3 , 4 year old.
I had similar type of marks on the other side but they faded with passage of time.

its better to visit nearby dermatologist because you need proper checkup ,many skin diseases also associated with underlying causes which need to be evaluate by proper investigations and in doubt ful cases skin biopsy is also needed ,so kindly visit nearby dermatologist don't ignore this
