I have a skin tag between my shoulder and my neck. It was okay before. But now it's hurting. It's painful and it turned black. What should I do? I have heard skin tags are harmless but also they are painless. But mine is painful I went to general physician for some other issue and showed her this tag too and she prescribed to use Fucidin as she said there might be infection. Attaching picture
