They are not warts , they are Molluscum contagiousum. They also need to be removed.

Hi these look like Molluscum Contagiosum (specifically in the last two pictures) which is an STI in adults. These have a specific treatment for which I would suggest you see a local sexual health specialist. You can also book an online video appointment if needed.
