Nothing to worry. Use a good face wash like Purin face wash. If this doesn’t settle you may need oral medication for which you will need to see a dermatologist.

I am already using Dove pink/rosa soap since years.I have itching too on the pimples. And pimples are spreading from my face to my neck. I hadn't such pimples before in my life. :(
