Talk to Dermatologist on Skin Wound/ulcer

What started as like a sore with blood under the skin turned into this ulcer type looking skin thing? I’ve had it for about a month and a half now. The skin around it is just irritated from different bandaids. What is this? An ulcer? The pic I took last night it’s like bulging out??? Should I let it air dry or use hydrocolloid bandaids? I’ve been using hydrocolloid and it seems like it’s slowly getting smaller. But why is it sticking out now? It is on the lower part of my stomach where my pants usually hit and I usually sleep on my stomach. Could that be causing it to not heal quickly?
