Small Bump Or Pimple On Vaginal Opening

Question

I noticed a small bump on my clitoris hood. I noticed it after I used the shower to clean my vagina after urinating. I felt like something is painful as the water hit directly onto it and then I noticed it was a small swollen bump pimple kind of thing. Please guide if this is dangerous and what should I do?
