My Son is 3 years old and he is having pink small pimples on his testicles and few on penis. Itching and discomfort has not been observed yet. I am applying polyflex and vasiline since 2 days. Pls suggest what should do further

Two or three diagnoses come to my mind but Without clinical examination the rash cannot be diagnosed. Please consult a Dermatologist for treatment.
Does ur child has itching in the night if it’s on his whole body we can think of scabies and need to evaluate and see the Pt personally
does anyone at your home have itching problem ?do they have night itch ?
need to rule out scabies as it happens in male mostly on genetalia
