Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Kashmir

I want to ask dermatologist that African black soap (home made) or castile soap safe or not? I have heard from beauty bloggers that it's really good for skin , but I want professionals here to tell me if I can use those soaps or not . As there are no chemicals in these soaps, and I have seen people in villages using and telling benefits , it's matter of face so opinion needed. thanks in advance

Do you know all the ingredients used in the soap?

It's home made , but can I use it on face ? Many dermatologist recommend face wash by different companies , like garnier, neutrogena, aveeno.,seba one is better to use and safe , this home made soap or any medicated liquid face wash available in drug stores.

Soaps are getting out of practice .In my practice I never recommend make skin very hard and imbalances the skin PH.
Secondly soap gets contaminated very easily and with frequent wash it losses it's efficacy.
