Talk to Dermatologist on Some Kind Of A Rash On Collar Bone

10 days ago, I had vaginal sex with a woman. Condom broke by a bit and noticed 5-10 minutes after. Now I'm anxious about every single bump on my body.
This appeared on my collar-bone now. Is this HIV rash? I know I can't get tested until 28 days from contact. Before that I am very worried. I'm also considering taking PCR test. But still, is this HIV rash? It just appeared. I don't think I had it yesterday.

I also have acne on my face and back. Near the collar-bone(on my shoulder) I applied some cream for acne yesterday. I also recently had suntan.
I'm very hygienic. I take cold showers every day.

No it's not HIV. Although there are ample sexually transmitted diseases tht can be transferred. but all of those have a probation period of abt 15 days to 3 months.U shld relax. in case u develop any lesion on ur private parts then consult a dermatologist ASAP.
