First of all keep the area dry and cool by sitting or lying in bed with feet slightly apart. Whether ac is on or off but you should be in a room with fan on.

Every now and then wash the area with and sometimes without soap, but make sure you dry the area with towel or tissue paper. Do not keep the area wet or damp.

Keep on applying Vaseline to the area to keep it slightly moisturized.

I am afraid I cannot recommend me any medicine without examining you. It's unethical. If you were in Karachi, I certainly would have examined you with help from my lady assistant.

If you have fungal infection, it will get better if you do the above mentioned things. If you have eczema it will heal by the above mentioned things.

If you would like to know more, please make an online consultation .

Regards
