Talk to Dermatologist on Spontaneous Swelling & Hives

Greetings
I am having problem of spontaneous swelling and hives throughout the body for almost last 2 months. It appears suddenly and disappears after a day or two. What can be possible causes of this problem? Any test that needs to be done etc? The pic below is just for reference.

It could be because of food or environmental allergies.

I am unable to share the pic here as it does not allow photo comment. Normally I have acidity problems for which I take Risek tablet. However sometimes there arises some sharp pain on the right side under the ribs.

My IgE result is 264.76IU/mL while the reference range is 28.042-32591427, 427, IU/mL. In notes section of report, it is written that " IgE antibodies are found in the lungs, skin and mucous membrane. They cause the body to react against foreign substances such as pollen, fungus spores, and animal dander. They are involved in allergic reactions to milk, some medicines and some poisons. IgE antibody levels are high in people with allergies".

Assalam o Alaikum. Sorry for disturbing you again. I am taking medicines myteka and telfast d as prescribed by you but it seems a temporary solution to get rid of allergy. I didn't chance to get food vaccine due to busy schedule. I am sharing you some pictures which will demonstrate my current condition after eating bringal to you

First of you will have to find out by yourself, after eating which edible thing this happens. Mind it generally this does not occur immediately after eating that thing. If may take 1 - 2 hours before this comes on. It is called Acute Urticaria.
The thing you may be eating at home. Not necessarily non-home cooked.
Secondly " Strictly " avoid the following
Eggs Beef Seafood, Yogurt, Raita, lassi, naan or anything containing yeast, Tomato in any form, Strawberry, anything which has preservatives added, pain killers meds,
Meanwhile contact a Dermatologist near you.

This can be due to any reason starting from allergies from plants dust etc etc to blood pb liver dysfunction renal pb urine or stool issue. Causes list is long n so are tge investigations.
