Spots On Face In Pregnancy

Its my 8 month of pregnancy, carrying baby girl, i have developed black brown small spots on face on cheeks, i am worried what are these? Are these normal? Are these reaction to any medicine? Will it go away itself or ill have to use something? Kindly answer all

n sun block daily..
keep taking ur multivitamins during pregnancy
