Stiffness In Fingers Plus Swelling In Hands And Feet

It stared with a allergy on both hands and feet  (supposibly by ciment) 2 months ago. Now both hands and feet are swelled and stiffed. The patient can\'t move his figures.
Kindly suggest how to proceed with treatment

need to rioe out co mobidities like hypertension IHD Diabetes etc. give oral short course of steroids gor immediate relief. for this either sent pt to dermatologist or give treatment after admitting

want to know if any co morbidity, like high b.p or diabetes.. patient can take anti inflammatory drugs like brufen , but it's better to take appointment so can guide you in a better  many questions to ask for the condition of patient.
